I have been taking these supplements for almost 2 weeks now. The kicker, the first day upon taking 1/2 a caplet with some kefir, within 15 min I could feel them working! I had more sustained, focused, calm energy vs scattered jittery energy and I also felt more upbeat than usual, happy for no reason and they did not bother my stomach either! I have since upped them to 1/2 in am and 1/2 at noon before a meal to help in digestion, my pee still turned bright yellow regardless, which just means that I have utilized all my body needs and the rest filters out through my urine. I have not taken before bedtime as I feel like that would prevent a good nights sleep due to the energy boost you get from them. I have done much research on vitamin B complex and this product is very high quality and really works. Great for all sorts of issues from nervous system problems: circulation/rebuilding neurological pathways to treating M.S by rebuilding myelin sheath, to digestive issues, headaches, depression, anxiety, insomnia, liver detox, complexion: hair, skin & nails, varicose veins, spider veins, immune booster, cell nourishment, blood builder/purifier, metabolism/fat burner, hormone regulator for PCOS & thyroid, anti-inflammatory and much, much more! Vitamin B-complex is one of the essential vitamins our body must have in order to function properly, most people are deficient in one of more of these vitamins, the body only stores one type of B vitamin, B12 and the rest the body relies on getting regularly through food. Did you know that some diseases like Crohn's has exactly the same symptoms as B12 deficiency and some has been corrected through supplementation as well as ADHD and Autism! I generally do not have time to write lengthy reviews but this one is worth speaking about. I bought these after much research and especially because of the reviews I've read on here. This is the best B supplement I can find on the market. There are a few close runner ups that I use when money is tight but this is my favorite. It has a good potency and is made from organic ingredients. One major concern I had when buying b supplements is that the synthetic versions unlike this version can build up and cause fatty liver disease. I avoid all synthetically "enriched" vitamins such as the thiamine mononitrate which is fat soluble. Since I am primarily a vegan and avoid the synthetic "enriched toxic B" I have to supplement to get my daily vitamin B needs met. I have scrutinized the vitamin labels and all the Synergy products are very close to what I am looking for. There are no toxic additives like the cancer causing titanium dioxide or the toxic magnesium stearate. So far as long as the company has the same management and same ingredients I am a loyal fan of their products that are vegan and organic. These vitamins have been a life saver for me and help my brain to have its neurons along with all the benefits so crucial that the b complex has. I am not going to name names but there is another product similar to this sold by another company and it is not as good as the Synergy company[...] It is made by a large manufacturer and priced a little lower however the other product is less potent and dare I say lower quality? Suffice it to say you can't put a price on your health and a few more dollars spent on this high quality product is well worth its weight in gold.

All Natural Wonderful Product!

I have noticed a big difference in my mood since starting this supplement several weeks ago. I appreciate that this product is organic and made from whole food ingredients—the price is great for such a high quality supplement. My only complaint is the smell and taste—it is incredibly strong and off-putting to me and the longer I take it, the harder it gets. It seems reviews on this aspect are mixed, with some reviewers even finding it pleasant. I’m quite curious to see if my second bottle is as potent as the first on smell and taste.

I have been taking Synergy vitamin B for two months now and I have noticed a big improvement in my energy levels and focus. I originally started a plant based diet and wanted to prevent deficiency. The tablet are small and easy to swallow and the there’s no weird taste after. I take one each morning with breakfast.
