It works great for the first time but keeps getting jammed in the second use, what's wrong with it?

This happened when customers do not clear the meat grinder well in time after use. Please always remember to take apart the head and clean it under the running water.

It makes to much noise. Is it defective?

As this is a electric meat grinder, the motor will make some noise when working. However, our factory have done noise test to make sure it meets relative standard, lower than 82dbA.

It stopped working after putting meat inside. What's wrong?

Please always defrost meat, wipe dry with kitchen paper towels and cut into small cubes before you put them on the meat tray for grinding. Do not add water before or when the grinder works. Do not put other food like bones, cookies, nuts inside.

Dark residue is coming out from the machine and it smells like burning.

The dark residue is coming out because the machine is overloaded operated and dry grinding. Continuous overloaded operation will cause motor overheating and smells like burning. Do not make it grinding without putting meat inside.

It can't grind meat and let meat come out most of meat is stuck inside the machine.

The blade side (also named flat surface) outward when installing meat grinder. Otherwise, it may keep clogging if wrongly placed the cutting blade. Take it apart and double check and re-install it if you find the meat grinder doesn't work properly.
