Q: I have one on back order you keep changing the delivery when will i get this item?

Good morning. This depends on Amazon, unfortunately we can’t guarantee when they will deliver your order. It should not take long since there are units in stock.

Q: How many bends can you add to a rail looking to go round a bay window?

I have two 90º bends and everything works fine. I see no reason you cannot have more bends although you need to make sure the weight capacity of the motor is not exceeded (Each bend reduces the capacity). Also make sure you correctly calculate the length of the motor belt. Check the Pacific Hogar website for more info.

Q: I have a bay window and need 2 of the 135° bends will my curtains go all the way back so all the window is clear

They will open fully but I found it tricky to put together. If the curtain is too heavy the system may not work properly.

Q: There seems to only be one in stock, but I need 2 bends, how many come in a pack?

There are two in stock and 10 more coming in. One unit per pack. thanks.
