I have been in mourning now for over a year and had become rather depressed, which is not usual for me. Over the past month, I’ve been taking one capsule of magnesium every evening with dinner. This is the best Magnesium supplement that I have ever taken. Finally after years of taking magnesium supplements, I finally found one that works. No more solid pills coming out when I have a bowel movement, and no more diarrhea. I always took the same 200 mg magnesium supplement, but non ever worked as great as this one. I will be taking this form of Magnesium from now on. It is the best one ever.
