it came packed neatly in a separate box. Double bagged. Was supposed to be 5 pounds but it was 4 pounds 10 oz. --- So over $6 per pound. I needed it so I bought it, but wow!

Tried it out as a blasting media, didn’t work great by any stretch of the imagination, but it *did* end up making the Platonic form of a fine mess that had to be swept and shop-vac’d up. I am sure it’d be perfect for whatever it’s actually meant for, however, so I’ll continue to search for that use!

White sand was what was needed for art but was expensive.
