These are great. I got them for my wife after giving birth. My impression is that these are quality all around. However, the negative reviews of these blowing up in the microwave almost kept me from buying them. I'm glad I took the chance on these. I believe most of the blowouts are due to people not reading the directions, which state that THE TIMES GIVEN ARE BASED ON A 600W MICROWAVE. If you put it in your typical 1000W modern kitchen microwave, you need to halve the time from 30 down to 15 seconds.

My wife has chronic pelvic pain, and we got these for her to use during flareups. They’re the perfect size and fin enough that they are not detectable through clothing. They stay cold for approximately half an hour, and the little covers that come with them are fantastic! My only complaint would be that there are not enough covers. Otherwise, these are great for postpartum, hemorrhoids, or general pelvic nerve pain. We did contact the seller to see where we could buy more of the Terry cloth covers, and they sent us a couple of extras for no charge. You just don’t get customer service like that very often these days. We’d gladly buy from this seller again!

These were heaven after my vaginal birth. I had a speedy recovery (by 2 weeks PP, I wasn't bleeding or sore), so was able to use just one of the three. I gifted the other 2 (new, never used), to my sister who is due next month. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I got these to prep for postpartum recovery after having my 4th baby. So thankful I bought them a month early because I ended up getting hemmorhoids and needing these for pain relief for that even before having baby. These freeze well and are smooth when you take them out, not stiff and crunchy or hard. The black sleeves are soft and easily washed up. Glad for the color due to where these ice packs are used they can get some blood on them. I can’t recommend these to new moms enough, so worth the price for the comfort you’ll get when you need it most.

LOVE this product! I went home from the hospital with my sweet newborn. I have second degree tearing and when I went home I wasn’t prepared at all. I ordered these because the ice packs that the hospital sent home leaked all over a regular pad. I put the three GentlePacks in the freezer and they froze quickly. I put them in the washable sleeves and put them on the outside of my underwear and it relieves the pain and swelling. I have recommended these to all my pregnant friends!!

I love these, with one exception.Pros: These are so cold, I can actually put them under a thick pad and feel the cold through it. So, not only does this keep the pack and cover mostly clean, but it means I can wear a fully absorbent pad, which is so needed after giving birth. The other nice thing about these is that they are heat pads too, and they are good and hot after only 1 minute in the microwave. After birth, the second priority to finding healing and cooling comfort from the birth itself is dealing with engorgment as the milk comes in, and heat really helps, so these are great for both.Con: The covers they come with leave fuzz balls everywhere, and I would not be okay using these without a pad in top. Yuck. Just Sayin.

I love this product. I recently had a baby and have been using them for postpartum relief. It's great that there are 3 in the pack. I keep one cold for an ice pack to relieve any post baby swelling and the other two I use for heat therapy to aide in breastfeeding. There are two methods for heating the packs. You can put in hot water for a few minutes or use the microwave. I highly suggest using the hot water method. I did have a pack bust on me using the microwave. I followed the instructions, but too, maybe my microwave heats higher than suggested. So IF you do not know how high your microwave is, then stick to the water method. This company was fantastic. They do a quality and satisfaction follow up with you. When I mentioned that one had busted they sent me a replacement for all 3! So I highly recommend as you can't go wrong. Especially if you came here looking for postpartum relief!

Perfect for my needs. Pack stays cold between 30-40 minutes. My only suggestion would be to make the sleeve that covers the pack a little bit larger. I had to sew the first one I used because the tightness create a hole. Also, I did not put the sleeve in the dryer after washing as I was afraid it would shrink. Even with this minor issue, it’s a great product and I even bought another set.
