Sealskinz Harling V3 gloves, colour black. Ok, so I measured my hands correctly, dominant hand, relaxed, seamstress tape measure aroung the back of the knuckles and across the palm. My hand size came up at 9.5 inches or a little over 24.5 centimetres. If I took Sealskinz sizing guide, I'd have ordered the Large size, however, after reading plenty of reviews and noting the common complaint that the sizing comes in under the guide, I opted for XXL size. Good job I did! The XXL size fit my hands properly, not too tight. Had I ordered the recommended sizing, they definitely would have had to be returned. From my ordering experience, think carefully about the sizing as I clearly had to order two sizes up to get the correct fitting glove. The gloves themselves appear to be very well made. The stitching looks excellent. The lining is soft. Not too bad to pull on, however I have thick wrists and so the velcro only crosses half way on the hook and loop. I haven't had the opportunity to test them out in the weather yet, but I'm reasonably confident they will be up to the task I purchased them for, just for winter walking and keeping the cold off my fingers.

Little tight on the wrists and a little big on the fingers but I guess that what you get when you have sausage fingers like me. Worn them hunting - they are a little too bulky for shooting and loading a shotgun, but they are very warm and cosey during the cold months and have so far kept my hands dry and warm in some really harsh environments.

I'm leaving this review chiefly should it be helpful to anyone, who like myself, read conflicting messages in reviews with respect to sizing. I saw a tendency to advise ordering one or even two sizes larger than indicated by the size guide, and my personal experience is that this would have been incorrect - I have a very good fit based off the vendor's measuring and sizing directions. I followed the manufacturer's instructions (measure dominant hand circumference in inches) and referred to the size chart in the listing. My measured size is 8.5 inches, which with reference to the chart indicated a Medium (using the Men's/unisex entry). Medium proved to be a perfect fit, for me. 9 inches would have started to get snug but probably still ok to wear. Hence, in my experience, the sizing instructions given should be followed and the gloves run true to the published size guide. I'm unable to comment on water resistance, my main reason for purchasing, since there's been no rain in my neck of the woods since I've received them. However, daytime temperatures have hovered around freezing and I find these gloves would be improved by being a little better insulated than they are. My hands started to get noticeably cold after ~20 minutes in these temperatures. For me, they will therefore be mainly a very wet weather glove, or one for autumnal rather midst of winter days.

Ordered yesterday and received today — very fast delivery. The size chart suggested S, but I went for M and it fits comfortably. After wearing them for a while, they feel warm and comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

Sizing is at least a size too small and waterproofing not the best as there was a small hole on the side of the thumb where the stitching came together and not very warm either. Big name with some quality issues.

I sent back a medium pair as they were very tight on my not so big hands. I would usually buy a medium sized glove and they would be on the large side. The large size of these gloves are an about a mm larger than the mediums. I could’ve probably tried out x large but I can’t be arsed returning a second pair. Very warm, comfortable. You can tell this is a really well manufactured product - albeit made by hobbits. The sizing is way off.

Second pair I've owned in ten years. The other pair still work fine but just got smelly. They're warm, I'd say no glove is waterproof if you're working with your hands outdoors but they are resistant to a shower. They fit me well (L) and are comfortable for long periods, robust and you remain fairly dexterous for the thickness which is something you appreciate when working in cold conditions for long periods. Buy them on sale!

Ich wollte unbedingt mal Handschuhe von Sealskinz testen. Hab einiges Gutes über sie gelesen, aber ich bin schon recht enttäuscht. Die Sealskinz Harling habe ich mir in der Größe 10 bestellt. 10 trage ich bei allen Handschuhen, so zB auch bei diesen flexiblen Arbeitshandschuhen. Da passt der Handschuh wie eine zweite Haut. Beim Roller fahren trage ich auch Größe 10 etc. Hier bei den Sealskinz Harling habe ich mir also auch die Größe 10 bestellt. Mit viel Mühe, hin und her gewackel mit der Hand komme ich zwar in den Handschuh rein... Aber so soll das sicherlich nicht sein. Der Einstieg ist einfach viel zu eng, dafür die Finger der Handschuhe zu lang. Nehme ich also die 11, dann passt vielleicht meine Hand rein, aber die Finger sind dann noch länger. In einigen anderen Rezessionen habe ich das Gleiche gelesen. Sie sind einfach zu viel eng beim reinschlüpfen. Aus diesem Grund gehen sie leider Retoure. Und sie sind nicht wirklich bequem, wenn man die Hände zu einer Faust macht, dann die komischen Flicken drücken dann unangenehm in die Finger. Ich war mit meinen Händen nur wenige Minuten in den Handschuhe, anschließend waren sie Hände schon schwitzig... Sind also definitiv warm innen drin. Man fühlt auch sehr deutlich das Innenleben...

Title says it all. Waste of my money. Not recommended.

Top Handschuhe mittlerweile hat die ganze Familie die Handschuhe und alle sind genauso begeistert wie ich. Wasserdicht, warm und bequem.

Ottimo. Sufficientemente caldo e tiene bene l'acqua. Vedremo la durata nel tempo.

Bra funktion och klarar nog en dag i lätt regn, dock ej ständig kontakt med regn och våt snö över en hel dag. Dock klarar den 4-5 timmar. Vill man ha total vattentäthet måste man ha gummihandskar, men då blir man våt från insidan istället.
