This has been used every day since purchase. Looks great and is very quiet. Used at night with lavender oil it helps with a peaceful nights sleep.

A stunning addition to the house. Utterly beautiful, simple design, which is enhanced by the ceramic top, where many other diffusers use plastic. Love the various settings for diffusing and light. Just wonderful.

The media could not be loaded. I much prefer to use these aromatherapy lamps, a lot safer than using candles or oil burners; especially with vunerable people in the house.This is much bigger than I was expecting, it reminds me of a bee hive.It's nice the interchanging colours, but unfortunately can't really see the colours much during the day; suppose if it was in an extremely dark room then you could I should fathom! This is really pretty and works well. I really like the materials (wood and ceramics), I like that the buttons are not lit as on some other models. Also like that this is very compact.

I really love those diffusers and have several in varying sizes and designs.This isn’t the prettiest I’ve ever owned but it is nice to see that it’s made using actual porcelain rather than plastic. However being made of porcelain means that you can’t actually see the coloured lights very well at all.It’s quite small so you’re not going to get that much water into this so maybe it won’t last as long as some of the bigger ones.Steam flow is good with good distribution of scent.All in all I think this is okay but not amazing.I’ve seen prettier and better.

This comes Beautifully packaged in gift box, inside gift box everything is wrapped in branded quality tissue paper and the instructions come in a little brown envelope ( pictured) so all very professional and upmarket.Certainly gives it a feeling of luxury.I have lots of diffusers some very ornate that I use for scented oils and other more industrial looking machines I use in bedroom to keep air moist.This one is very attractive not the ornate animals or fairy villages with tiny water tanks that last hour but still attractive and would look nice displayed.The main body is ceramic and reminds me of a bee hive, it has reasonably sized water tank and can run for 6 hours constantly or 12 hours intermittently.It contains light that scrolls through different colours,the light is not bright more a soft glow.It is very quiet when on and when I placed a few drop of cinnamon essential oil in water tank the whole room took on pleasant aroma within 10min.Is a lovely item and due to packaging and presentation would make lovely gift.I do think is quite expensive and was going to drop a star due to price but although you could buy similar diffuser for cheaper with this you get all added extras which make it seem much more top end and luxurious so some people may think this is worth extra cost? I have marked item for quality and function which is great but personally I think I would question price

We have used oil diffusers for a while and as our supply of candles has dwindled we have replaced them with these electric diffusers. Why? For a variety of reasons - safety being one, a wider variety of fragrances and the ability to mix fragrances being another; cost (in the longer term) is less using a diffuser.We have several - a smaller one in the conservatory that was our first, bought several years ago and still going strong, another in the bedroom, another in the kitchen, and this one which now looks lovely on the windowsill of our lounge.So onto the review of this item: It comes well packaged, in a lovely box. Straight away I knew this wasn't a cheap diffuser.The top is ceramic and the bottom is wood - not the fake wood that some diffusers have. It looks lovely, and something you will be happy to have on display, rather than hide behind a plant.It's a good size - not too big, but not too small (sorry for sounding like Goldilocks!) and it sits comfortably on my average sized windowsill.The colour change is quite suble, just a line between the ceramic top and wooden bottom - which I like, especially for the lounge area.It is easy to fill - just remove the ceramic top and and the inner plastic top, fill to the line, add your essential oils or fragrance oils, put the tops back on, plug in and switch on. You can have the lights on or off - in the daytime I tend to have the lights off. The top releases a stream of fragranced mist, and within a few minutes your room will smell lovely.The diffuser runs for around 6 hours after that, then switches off when it runs out of water. Much safer than candles, no concerns about drafts blowing the candle, or forgetting to blow it out, or children touching or knocking it over. (The mist that is produced is cold, not hot).I have tried a variety of fragrances, from essential oils to fragrance oils, and the diffuser works well with all. A few fragrance oils benefit from being heated to release their full fragrance - so you could always mix a few drops of the oil with a little hot water and add that to the cold water, instead of adding the fragrance oil direct. So experiment a little if you feel you are not getting the full fragrance. (This advice goes for all diffusers, not just this one, by the way).The one thing I don't like is that the fan is noiser than my other diffusers - no problem if you have music or TV on, but in a silent room it appears to be quite a loud background hum. Generally not a problem though.This is the most expensive diffuser I've got, but then it is certainly the best looking, it looks a lot more classy - so if you after a diffuser that will be on display then I would certainly consider this one.If you found this review useful, please click on the helpful button below. Der Ascend Aroma Diffuser von Ellia kommt sicher verpackt in einem bedruckten Karton. Schon beim Auspacken fällt die tolle Qualität auf. Der Aufsatz besteht komplett aus Keramik und sieht einfach nur wunderschön aus. Er hat ein schönes Wellenmuster und sieht sehr schön elegant aus.Ich hatte schon mehrere Diffusoren und die Qualität kann man echt nicht mit diesem hier vergleichen! Gefällt mir wirklich sehr gut. Das Untere Teil besteht aus Holz und wirkt auch sehr hochwertig. Um den Diffusor zu verwenden füllt man einfach etwas Wasser in die Schale, gibt etwas ätherisches Öl dazu und setzt den Kunststoffdeckel und dann die Haube aus Keramik drauf.Sehr einfach zu bedienen, kein schnick schnack, mir gefällt's. Es gibt nur 2 Knöpfe: Einen für den Farbwechsel und einen zum Ein- und Ausschalten. Wegen der Optik sieht der Diffusor überall gut aus: Im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad.Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Diffusor und kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Super schöner Diffuser. Nicht zu groß und vorallem ist der weiße Aufsatz, nicht wie sonst aus Plastik, nein er ist aus Keramik oder ähnlichem gearbeitet!Richtig schwer und sehr hübsch!Wir sind wirklich begeistert! Er ist super leise, sieht durch die schon erwähnte Optik super schick aus und verteilt die Duftöle gleichmäßig und angenehm im Raum!Bedienung ist auch selbsterklärend und einfach und das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch aus, sobald das Wasser darin verdunstet ist!Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und nutzen ihn fast täglich!Klare Kaufempfehlung und als Geschenk eine gute Idee!!

Der obere Teil ist anscheinend aus Keramik und zerbrechlich. Es gibt zwei Stellen, die auf der oberen Fläche nicht ganz sauber gearbeitet wurden, was dort natürlich ins Auge fällt. Zudem ist es vergleichsweise schwer.Für eine Duft/Wasserverteilung benötigt es dann noch einen zusätzlichen Aufsatz, der aus einem weichen Kunststoff oder ähnlichem besteht. Denn der Deckel ist eher Dekoration bzw. Optik.Das Gerät lässt sich gut mit Wasser und Duftöl befüllen, da man beide Deckel leicht abnehmen kann.Nur das hinterher wieder abnehmen wird recht nass. Denn beide Deckel haben natürlich Wasseransammlungen durch den Dampf an sich. Normalerweise ist das bei einem solchen Gerät dann eben ein Deckel, mit dem man noch gut hantieren kann. Hier sind es aber folglich zwei und insbesondere der innere weichere kleckert schnell mal, weil er so weich ist und sich nicht fix halten lässt.Seine Funktion erfüllt er gut. Er verteilt das Wasser ergiebig und es kommt wirklich bei Min. Befüllung lange Duft heraus. Es duftet auch ganz angenehm.Die Knöpfe sind leicht handhabbar.Das Kabel ist ausreichend lang um es anzuschließen.
