True Delicious GLUTEN FREE INGREDIENTS ALMOND BISCOTTI, buttery, fine Italian cookies, baked twice (4 boxes of 6oz each)

This review is mainly for the manufacturer - I really like Biscotti and to find gluten free was incredible so I was really excited when these arrived however, they were crumbs with a few broken bits that were large enough to hold!! There was no way one could serve these to anyone but the crumbs are delicious so the promise is there!!! The outer box was in perfect condition, each of the four containers was in perfect condition, all of the bubble wrap was completely FLAT inside the box!! There was no way to tell if the outer box was mishandled in any way but one wonders!?!I would love to reorder but would like to receive whole biscotti - not crumbs!

This is a favorite at the office, but they could be bigger.

These met my expectations for a treat I have not been able to enjoy since my gluten intolerance. I have missed these.

I have noticed that all gluten free products have more sugar than the original versions. I love biscotti as it is usually not overly sweet but this was package had so much extra sugar added I did not like them at all. It did not however stop me from eating the entire box. Never met a carb I didn't like.

The texture if the almond biscotti is good; the taste ‘okay’. Not much flavor. I wouldn’t purchase these again though as everyone of them (I purchased the individually wrapped boxes.) is broken. Biscotti are meant to be dipped in a beverage; the small pieces makes it very difficult. In the future, I’ll bake my own, using the recipe from the American Test Kitchen GF cookbook.

Overall, this product exceeds the standard of a gluten free baked product in both taste and texture. The biscotti arrived on time and was packaged in 4 separate containers. There were a few broken pieces and crumbs, and the product has a fragile texture as would be expected. However, the flavor was delicious and reminded me of an Italian almond cookie. When I dipped it into my coffee, I found it to be no different than your typical biscotti made with wheat flour.It can be hard to find good Gluten Free products, but this one I would highly recommend to everyone.

Sent these to a relative and they love the taste of them.
