Why we're trying these Anti-Gray Hair supplements with catalase:My wife and I love sports and outdoors activities but we have recently noticed an increase in gray hairs due to aging (both over age 35), stress, excessive sun bleaching, swimming laps in our chlorinated pool, and other factors. These Anti-Gray Hair supplements seem like a good, healthy alternative to artificial hair dyes.Scientific study that showed the importance of catalase in gray hair:2 tablets of Anti-Gray Hair capsules per day provides 5000 IU of catalase, an enzyme which is crucial in neutralizing the hair bleaching/oxidative effects of hydrogen peroxide (catalyzes hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen), both naturally produced by hair follicles as shown by a study published in July 2009 in The FASEB Journal vol. 23 no. 7 2065-2075 titled "Senile hair graying: H2O2-mediated oxidative stress affects human hair color by blunting methionine sulfoxide repair". Decreased natural catalase production as we age + other factors cause more gray hair.Results varied and are inconclusive:After 5 months of taking 2 capsules per day, we're both seeing less new gray hairs but our preexisting gray hairs remained gray. I get haircuts frequently (cut out the old grays) so definitely noticing more new darker hair. My wife has shoulder length hair so her new dark hair to old gray hair ratio is not as dramatic. We're glad there are additional vitamins, minerals, etc. in these supplements to counteract new gray hair but we're also implementing other anti-gray techniques such as healthier nutrition, wearing hats, chlorine neutralizing swim shampoos, natural hair products, getting enough rest and sleep, etc. We'll continue to take these supplements to minimize new gray hair but realistically don't expect our hair to darken completely.

I have been using this product on and off for about 3 years. I have gray in my beard but not a lot in my hair. I cannot honestly say if it reduces the gray but it does not seem to be getting any worse so that is a plus in itself. I take two capsules a day as recommended and seldom miss a day.I will update if I see the gray start to disappear.

This mess was useless! Hated it it did not work for me. I took it directed. It was a waste of six months
