Doesn’t produce yoghurt
We used this for the first time in a yoghurt maker setting to eight hours at first. It was runny so we put it on again for an additional four hours and again it was liquid with a few small clumps of something thicker. Very disappointed as this was so expensive. What a waste of money.

Good quality - good ferments - not vegan
I made a really nice bulgarian style yogurt with them. It was so good that my family eaten it all and I could not save the starter for the next one. I have to say that they wrote on the pack "allergy advice: cow's milk" so I think that they are not vegan and not suitable for cow's milk allergic people. We are lactose intolerant and we tolerated it - maybe because it was an occasional compsumption and I fermented a home-made milk (made with cashews and coconut). Anyway, good quality ferments!

Didn’t work at all,
Didn’t work at all, total waste of money and hugely expensive for a single sachet

Works every time
This is so simple to use and gives consistent results over and over again. Products a lovely tangy thick yoghurt and providing you keep a bit back to make your next batch (within 7days) you'll only have to buy the starter once.Great company to deal with and their customer service is brilliant should you have any questions.

Waste of money and no way to get a refund
I have been making yoghurt successfully for several years. Tried a new culture to experience different strains. This has not cultured. Total waste of £9.99.

Testy and healthy food
In the self-isolation time this yoghurt helped us to make our food healthier. There may be the only problem: the thermophilic yoghurt requires a special device to keep the proper temperature (40-42 degrees Celsius). We have such a device and everything is fine.

It didn’t work!
It didn’t work, so there isn’t much else to say about it.

Bland
Rather bland and not as nice as starting with store bought yoghurt. I had rather expected something more tangy, but even after 14 hours just bland.
