I bought 4 boxes of this product for microneedle. The product is ok, a bit too thick but ok.The porblem is from the 4 boxes, in 3 of them the vial contents is so minimal it seems is almost empty. The only box where vials showed some visible amount of product it wasn't even half of the amount it should be.The vials were too difficult to open.Not purchasing it anymore.

Good product. Serum is smooth and says 100 %. The ampules are a bit annoying. Use a napkin to cover the top then break/snap off the top. One did break kind of jagged so be careful. I don’t feel like it’s easy to get it ALL out and it wastes some. Needs a better delivery system. But good product.
