Does it come with wax

They are prewaxed strips. These are not ones where you use separate wax.

I placed the order on may 18 it says that it arrived today may 22 and it was delivered but i never received my package so what do i do in this case??

Just report your package missing and Amazon will either send you a new one or refund your money. You can click on the order and there should be an option to say you never received it.

So it has 6 sheets with 6 cut outs each? I want to make sure I'm not paying for one sheet with 6 templates

Pretty sure it was more than 6 sheets, but I cut them to the size I want rather than using the template and they last longer that way
