Spiceology - Ground Ancho Chile - Ancho Chili Pepper Powder - 16 ounces

An excellent product with fast service. I hate to use the word "fresh" to describe a dried powder, but the aroma and flavor were great, not stale like what I get from the local supermarket. And this is way cheaper by volume!

Just bought this for the second time. It's my go-to chili powder when I make chili, and I sometimes throw in a small amount of chipotle chili powder when I want to add an extra bit of heat. Regardless, this Ancho chili powder works well on its own, and is very good used in pulled chicken and homemade barbecue sauce.

Used it to make chili, and it was very good. It seems to be a high-quality product. I look forward to using it in other recipes.
