I’ve always known magnesium is important, but in the past I found it hard to notice a meaningful day-to-day difference when supplementing. This FORM crosses blood brain barrier, unlike others...and is expensive to produce. This company y is morally ethically cognizant, and produces only the best stuff that actually works in your body. This is a good quality product that I take at night to help me relax. Also, I like the ‘other’ ingredients too as they are not junk.

This might be the only supplement I take where I can feel the difference within days, specifically how deeply I sleep. I feel more rested and dream better. I am really impressed with it. I only take 2 a night to make the bottle last longer. I wonder how well 3 would work! I take them right before bed.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis approx 5 years ago and take magnesium for the muscle pain.
