Something was wrong with the scooter at first. They corresponded with us and asked us to test some parts (even sent a video to show how to test). We were able to identify the defective part and they shipped a replacement part. They kept up great communication through the process.

This product was a Christmas gift from the in-laws. Like the other reviews, I get a lot of compliments on the look of the bike. My kids love to ride on the back and it goes fast enough I. Flat ground. I’m really shocked that no other reviews mentioned the lack of power to get up a hill. From day one, it won’t climb over a hill without a little “Fred Flintstone” power (I literally have to give it full throttle and walk it with my feet. At first I was hopeful it was due to the 20 degree weather we had in January, but even in 80 degrees and fully charged it still won’t get up a hill without assistance! This severally limits the use, as there are two large hills in my neighborhood… and I don’t live in a mountainous area. Is there a way to increase the power my modifying the governor or adding a more powerful battery?!?!?

This thing is cool. It's a great toy for adults. Goes about 25 mph, gets up steep hills (it does slow down) and great battery life for going around town.

Absolutely LOVE THIS! it's a blast and super easy. I wish the display had a more accurate battery level maybe show the speed but not bid deal it's badass.

A lot to assemble but when it’s done it’s worth it!

Battery life is okay until it just stopped charging. The insurance and company don't want to help with anything. This sucks. Money down the drain. Needs to help with an exchange battery or help.

Scooter stopped working and to return it I have to send it freight which cost $400.00 and 120.00 for packaging for a 1000.00 item which would mean I would potentially loss 520.00 if the company decided to refund me or fix it send it back and I end up paying 1520.00 for a 1066.00 (total cost with tax) scooter
