I've been taking this brand of Collagen for few months now and believe it is helping to strengthen my hair. I dissolve it in a small glass of water. I just chuck it down in a few swallows. The taste is a little unpleasant but not terrible. I tried adding it to my coffee, but it made it taste weird. And it's certainly helping my nails. I take it every morning.

I never use a collagen before, but I think it. Works. Easy to mix with milk

Not sure if I should return it or keep it. This is my first time trying the powdered version. And this one smells really bad, very bad. And that surprises me because I like AllMax products that I have tried before. Jury still out for now.
