Nuby 4-Pack Diaper Pins, Colors May Vary

I use these diaper pins to keep my socks together in pairs when I put them in the washer and dryer. That way I don't lose any socks and end up with mix and match pairs. We know how those socks escape from the washers and dryers when we turn our backs! But seriously, these are very sturdy diaper pins. They are much better than what I expected for this price. The steel or whatever metal is used in these pins is quite strong. I expected them to be much thinner and flimsier, but they do not bend at all, at least the way I use them. The plastic top where the pin closes is sturdy as well. I have not seen any of these pins come open even though they have been washed and tumble dried in heavy loads of laundry.

Nuby safety pins have many uses and are like the original Gerber safety pins but price is pretty high now since they're not in our stores anymore. These plastic head, firm plastic, safety pins have many uses as I don't use it for diapers.

These arrived color yellow which was fine, gender neutral. They are nice quality, sharp enough to slide right through my OSoCozy diapers. They are easy to open and close. I am pleased, would buy more if I need to.

These are perfect baby safety pins. They come in many colors as indicated. I used these to travel with to pin my drying clothes to my backpack. They worked well for it. The plastic tops make it so that you feel safe to not get stabbed by the pointy side. These are larger than even large safety pins. I do wish the pointed edge was a bit sharper. I felt it was dull and could easily catch on fabric when going through it.

These pins were too dull to use for diapering. It was almost impossible to get the pin through two layers of fabric. The plastic caps seemed to be of reasonable quality, but I had to return them as they were just not sharp enough.

I got these to help keep my active boy in his diapers and clothing (he loves to strip everything off) and he figured out how to open these pins in a flash. If you need these pins to stay closed on squirmy babies or children who are trying to get out of their clothing, try another brand! Very sorry we chose these, the "safety lock" leaves way too much space for the sharp part to slide through.

OK kids, if it grosses you out to hear the old folks talk about what happens in the bathroom, then I suggest you grow up quick!I bought these pins to replace the last set that were left behind during a recent hospitalization. I use them to secure adult urine collection pads to my underwear because they do not stick securely and can, and have come loose at very embarrasing times.I love these because they have yet to dislodge and stab me in my unmentionables and I am grateful for that.
