Review: Great costume - I was reluctant to get this costume after reading reviews that it's "cheap," see-through, and bad quality. I am happy that in the end I ignored the negative reviews. The costume is very well made. The material is sturdy yet elastic enough to fit well. I think that if you buy a smaller size, it might stretch too much and become transparent, but I never had that problem. I got the L size. I am 5'9" and currently 3 months pregnant (185 lbs). It was a bit big, but since it's very stretchy and tight, I straightened it a bit, and it looked great. The only part of the costume that didn't fit well was the belt. I don't know if it would have fit even without my tiny baby bump. I cut two holes on the sides of the belt though, and passed another belt through them, so that way I was able to wear the belt too. The gloves were indeed too short to join with the 3/4 sleeves, but I wasn't planning on wearing them, since I was hosting a party, and needed my hands free. Buying a pair of opera gloves is a must for those of you who do want everything connected. The mask was a bit twisted from the way it was packed, but I laid it out open for a day, and it got back in shape. It fit very well too. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result. It's a great Catwoman costume at a pretty good price. Review: Tried it on and was so relieved! - I was so nervous to try on my catwoman costume after reading so many negative reviews, but immediately after doing so, I was pleased and not disappointed about anything. The size ultimately fit exactly as I had hoped. It is not too big or too small. The material is spandex like and thin so it is stretchy. I am 5'4 and 114 pounds and it looks great on. I am naturally curvy and a little bigger in my hips and thighs, which made me worry, but I don't feel this jumpsuit accentuates those areas any more than anything else I wear. As people have said, the gloves don't quite reach the sleeves but I had already bought longer, cheap gloves at Party America and those work perfectly. The head piece is a little flimsy yes, but I think that's expected with most plastic masks of a halloween costume and I have no issue with it staying up or in place. I plan to wear this costume two different nights and don't think the headpiece nor the mask (which sits slightly off my face, but is also fixable with double sided tape or something of that sort) will be an issue at all. I bought tall leather boots from goodwill and found that stuffing those underneath the leather portion of the jumpsuit looks better than leaving the boots above it. If I could have changed anything, it would only have been the decision to buy the XS as opposed to the small, but I was afraid the costume might fit smaller as many people had said. With that being said, I would say it could be SLIGHTLY tighter. Still, it doesn't look too loose by any means. Ultimately, I feel happy, comfortable and sexy in this costume, and that's what we're really all going for anyways, right??

Don't waste your money thisis false advertisment in this picture
As all the negative reviews were right I am petite and ordered this on June 1 and I got it today june 7th I am in Seattle and so Amazon is in Seattle and so kinda longtime to wait when I called Amazon they said I would get it by Wednesday and would call me to follow up. This outfit is so thin it's like freying as everyone said it was the material is like no other thin as can be very see thru and no shape to it the zipper probably cost the most out of this outfit even then the material was a disaster I would never order from this to anyone, no body shape, the picture is misleading I have the best boots there is from Nordstroms and gloves and belts but no matter what I accessorized with this item is pathetic..and I have a lot of nice things and this is no item that I would ever want anyone to waste there time on or money!! Save your money and look for something else...amazon was wonderful in helping me to get this shipped back it came today and I am shipping it back it's 5:30 and it's going back tomorrow. Please do not buy it the only sexy thing about this item is the picture ..but you are not getting this picture and I am very petite and it wouldn't work on anybody..poor poor quality and asking way too much for I wouldn't spend 2 dollars for this that is pretty bad!

Pretty good!
I ordered an extra small and I'm 5'2''. Mine listed that it came with the gloves, so I guess the gloves are standard! I, too, had the issue with the sleeves or gloves being a bit too short. The gloves were also a bit too big for my thin arms, so I'm going to try and dig up a pair of my own black gloves that I've stored away somewhere! The material is what you would generally get from costumes of this caliber: thin, mostly polyester. You will definitely want to make sure that wherever you are going when you are wearing this costume is cool, because you will die in this costume if you are anywhere remotely warm! I like that there is a real zipper! Although, it was still a bit difficult for me to take the costume off. I have a feeling that my fiance will have no problems helping me in that area though! :) Since I'm shorter, the pants were the exact correct length for me, although it doesn't matter in my case because I will be wearing thigh highs with the costume. The belt was also ever so slightly too small for my waist, but I don't mind wearing it a bit lower to conceal my tummy! Yes, it does show everything, but, fortunately, black is slimming! I was very much disappointed with the cheap mask. It actually somehow comes apart when I try to put it on, and I don't consider my head to be particularly large! The eye piece part is nice and fits my face perfectly. I will order the deluxe version of the mask when it becomes available. Fortunately, I had already planned on doing so, anyway, because my fiance thought that version was cool! FYI: check Kroger for a gun to go with the costume. The Kroger by my house had a bunch of Dark Knight Rises toys on clearance, so I was able to pick up a triple-barreled gun for $11. This costume definitely needs a bad-a** gun as an accessory!

Not Terrible, but Not Fantastic
This could have been an okay costume, but it didn't fit well. I am 5'3", 123 pounds with what I would consider an hourglass figure. I will add that I do have a small waist in comparison to my legs and but so I do tend to have issues finding clothing that fits both my waist and legs/butt at the same time. I ordered the costume in a medium which fit my legs perfectly but was way too big in my waist. The costume isn't very spandex-y so I knew the small would not accommodate my legs. The manufacturer could easily fix this costume by adding some more spandex to the material so that it could fit a wider range of body types. With that being said, this costume could work for someone who has a straighter figure. So for those customers, I'd like to say that this could be a great costume for them. Although some of the other reviewers said that the material is a little see-through, I didn't find that this was the case. The material was thin, but I couldn't see through it anywhere. The material, however, is somewhat cheap and snags very easily. I had only tried it on for 5 minutes, and it had already snagged. Also, as a word of warning, the accessories are incredibly cheap. The mask doesn't fit well at all but could be fix by replacing the elastic for a tighter fit or using some double sided tape. Another option would be buying a different mask. The belt runs small, but again this is an easy fix by adding some extra material it the back. The googles/headband does not work by flipping down like it does in the movie. There is a great YouTube video that shows how to make your own, functional cat - ear headband/googles which I would recommend trying to get a true look. Bottom line: for the price, this isn't a terrible costume if it fits your body type, and you're willing to make a few adjustments to it.

Not the Best, Work Is Needed
My wife wanted to be Catwoman (from The Dark Knight Rises) this year for halloween and she saw this product. Even though the price was lower than most we have seen, the picture really sold her. When it arrived, she was very disappointed. These are her reasons: 1) The bodysuit is extremely thin and fully transparent. You see everything and anything right through it. As such, you have to wear clothing underneath to avoid public indecency. The suit is more blue than we expected and the material is not very form fitting (bulky in different regions). In addition, the suit arrived torn which is not a surprise via its thin construction and our recent luck with purchasing through amazon in the last year (third party seller related, not directly through amazon). The boot covers are attached to the bodysuit, and for some reason they are fraying significantly with threads all over it. If we didn't know any better, we would swear it was used prior to our purchase. 2) The mask would be nice, but it arrived bent and we are still trying to form-fit (creases are had to get out) it to my wife's face. The structure of it causes the complete bottom of the mask to lift off her face. I feel this is a problem we can overcome with a heat gun and repositioning the strapping (reattaching in a different place). 3) The belt is what we expected. It is not the best, but good for the price. It looks the part, though the material reflects the price. Overall, we are happy with it. 4) The Cat ear goggles headband is very poor. The flip goggles are fixed in place for the most part and completely comprises with a cheap black plastic which we expected. As such, please note, there are no lenses or details in the goggle setup. Once again, we knew this and were fine with that fact. The issue comes in the form of the head-band itself. It is also a cheap plastic material, which is fine and expected, but it is very small and digs into her head while having no true grip. As she walks around, the band twists, making the goggle ears lopsided and look very odd while the band digs into her head even more. 5) The Gloves are fine. They are comprised of a thinner fabric, yet semi-thicker than the bodysuit. They fit my wife's fingers well, but it is mildly bulky over her forearms. Overall, not bad and fits the profile while remaining functional to move in and pick things up. What we plan to do with it: Via the poor quality and tear in the bodysuit, we decide to purchase a black wetsuit instead and toss the costume bodysuit. We feel this will take care of the transparency issue while creating more security in structural integrity (not easily torn). We are going to cut off the attached boot covers and sew them onto the wetsuit. In time she might just make new ones of purchase boots that fit the part. We are keeping the belt, mask, and gloves, but will most likely have to reconstruct the goggle headband. In summary, the costume was worth the price if you understand the quality you are getting is less than perfect, but in todays throw away society, it was sadly what we expected. If you want perfection, piece it together yourself for best results. I hope this review helps.

Can't wait to wear this for Halloween!
I just got this costume today and tried it on and love it! I'm 5'2 and about 105lbs, ordered the extra small and it fits very well! To make up for the sheer-ness I just wear a black tank top underneath and a skin-colored thong (one of the ones with no seams that you can't see through fabric) and there's zero show through. I'm not a huge fan of the attached boot tops because I already have thigh high boots, but my shoes almost completely cover them (only about a half inch/inch shows over the top but it blends pretty well!). A lot of other reviewers have complained about the mask/headpiece but both are SUPER easy fixes: for the mask (mine was shipped folded inside out... sigh) I folded it in half down the nose right-side out and used two bobby pins lined up with the grooves on both sizes of the nose, let it sit for a few hours and it says in place and fits my face just fine. I do plan on gluing some fabric to the inside as well, probably just a black cotton, because I don't like how the vinyl feels on my face... sticky and sweaty is NOT cute. Also for the head-piece, it easily wiggles so you can make it straight instead of crooked, I may just glue that in place and maybe paint it to make it look more like the movie. The major issue I'm having with it are the gloves/sleeves, the gloves that come with the set are NOT long enough to reach the sleeves. I bought a pair of opera-length gloves and I'm probably going to add some velcro so they won't fall down. Overall I think it's a great super-sexy costume for Halloween (or possibly some comic conventions!) without showing a ton of skin like most girls tend to do. It's about what you'd expect quality-wise for a costume, but all "issues" are super simple to fix. I'd definitely purchase again.

Great costume overall
Very stretchy and flattering! I'm 5'5" 140 lb and bought a medium and it fit perect-ish. I have a small waist and bigger hips so I had to move the belt up onto my waist and sew it smaller because it wouldn't fit my hips yet too large for my waist. The headband sucks. It's kinda tight and one of the snaps were broken a little but still usable. The costume would've been see-through if I didnt wear black tights under it. The tights also helped to "keep everything in" and make it more form-fitting as well as hide imperfections. But for the price you can't really complain. The gloves fit good and were just a little short of the elbow but that didn't matter. Overall a great costume that required very simple modifications.
