Its a pair of wind socks.
I like the colour because they are nice and bright, ordered them to scar off the pidgins, working do far.

Cheap and cheerful
These work just fine but the first one got wrecked in a recent storm. 2nd one was deployed and all seems fine for now.

Bollard/Barrier saver!
Bought these to stop the wagon drivers hitting teh bollards in the yard at work, I put them on a 3m yellow pole and they havent been hit since, I purchased them months ago.
