I previously tried 2 Cuisinart coffee makers with the same keirig/pot setup. Both times the capsule side stopped working. For whatever reason I have had no problem with this Brim. I've now had for over a year. Both sides work, and well! Use the capsule side daily and I make a pot every morning to get me going! You do have to read the instructions, as there are a number of options. Very happy with my Brim!

8 Month review: So after monthly cleanings, yesterday while making a cup of tea in the k-cup dispenser, it kept running and running for around 7 minutes before I manually shut it off. I did a cleaning this morning, and it did the same thing. It was steaming off the water without putting it into the cup. After adding more water, I restarted it, and it was on for about 10 minutes trying to brew the water before the entire machine suddenly died and has no power going to it. Although at first I was sort of happy with a substandard product, I expect anything I buy to last at least a year. My last coffee pot lasted 12 years, and in fact still works, I was just trying to get a k-cup addition. Strongly recommend against this product.So it has been a month since I got this. So far, it has been good. I love the design of the coffee pot, it does pour easier than the typical coffee pot.One thing I don't like is the buttons. Each one has something to do with time, but they aren't labeled very well. How do you set the main time? How do you set the auto start time? How do you set the auto off time? I have lost power once, and already had to open up the manual again to remember exactly how I did it the first time. I doubt I will remember again, so I will need to look up the instructions again next time I lose power.

We wanted more counterspace so having the option to brew a pot of coffee or just a cup is excellent in one appliance. Love all of the options it has. Coffee taste great. My/our only complaint is the single cup side does splash out quite a bit unless you have a tall cup/mug or hold cup up close to top of brewer. Other than that, we love it, Thanks.

I purchased his item February 2, 2024 and it stopped working in early June it overheats out doesn’t deliver coffee and product. Support doesn’t offer any help for my issue or category

Product works great. Only complaint is that the single cup serving has no resevoir. You have to measure out each single cup and pour that amount of water in unit each and every time. You also run risk of cup overflowing since it has no auto shutoff. Other than that it is a nice coffee maker.

I was in need of a new coffee machine and this one does not disappoint! I’m able to brew a full pot, or one time cup using a K-cup!I love that I can also pick the strength of my coffee depending on my wants and needs. The timer is great for me too as it allows me to pre-set the timer and wake up to fresh coffee! This machine cleans up well. Looks good on my counter too! I would recommend this machine to anyone!

I don't like the lid on the carafe. It leaks when pouring coffee. And I have used the maker several times since running pots of hot water through before using and it still has a funny taste to it.So, I've had this coffee maker for about 9 months now. The single serve side has all but died. I haven't used it very often, but now it spews coffee grounds everywhere, won't send water through to the grounds and stays turned on for several minutes. It is awful.

At first, my husband and I loved this coffee machine because it had both the pot to brew large amounts of coffee and the single k cup side. It worked great, BUT FOR ONLY 9 MONTHS! The k cup side is no longer working properly. It now steams continuously and could be a fire hazard. I'm extremely disappointed that we paid $119 for a coffee machine that is half broken less than a year later. I was even more disturbed to see that the price is now $149 and after revisiting customer reviews; I see that the k cup brewing failure is a common issue and the product customer support is little to non-existent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
