Ironton 40in. x 48in. Steel Utility Trailer Kit - 1060-Lb. Load Capacity

The paint is very good I think its power coated. Easy to put together took about an hour( I old and slow so you may be faster). The only thing I would add to the instructions is when you get the basic rectangle started cross measure to make sure its square. The hardware is is good quality.

We needed a small cart that could fit into a tight space, but also hold a lot of weight. It was able to get the heavy object to where we needed it to go, so it got the job done. The frame is not sturdy, but what I expected for the price. It saved us money in the end because we didn't have to hire someone to move something from one area to another, but I question how well it would hold up under regular use.

Received trailer earlier then expected receiving date, nice! These instructions are easily comprehended. I bought a 4x8 trailer from harbor tools and it was difficult to follow those instructions. It only took 2 hours to put it together. Cute little trailer. It was pretty easy to have my 4x8 plated by the court house because it came with some filled out form along with that purchase. I did not receive such paperwork with this trailer from northern tool. So will have to see if the process is same or harder to obtain. I bought this trailer along with a shed kit sold by amazon to build a little enclosed shed on top of trailer to store my power tools and such. So this is cool. Would I purchase product again; yes, would I suggest this products to others, yes.

After purchasing this to avoid a delivery charge on a snowblower I still had to pay because the necessary paperwork to register it didn’t come with the item. I attempted to return it when I learned this but was told I would have to pay the freight. So…. After putting it together and literally using it for only the third time the fender literally tore off from its own weight (apparently because of a stress line near the fender holes). It is absolutely incredible that this literal junk actually could pass an enhanced inspection (in PA). Save your money and pay a few dollars more for a trailer at a retailer to avoid all of the issues with titling this piece of trash which seems as durable as an egg.

The product works well assembly was a little confusing but after the electrical was done everything was great! :)

This is very difficult to assemble if you don’t have power tools to secure many bolts that are hard to reach with hand tools. Directions are poor (can’t tell what the pictures are trying to demonstrate as they are too small). I watched 2 YouTube videos multiple times but they were done by guys that had, and knew how to use, power tools and they skipped many steps as it is “so easy”. I finally took it to a trailer repair shop to do the electric wiring and attach the fenders securely. I tried to attach bunks for a small rowboat (82 lb) but the bunk shifted and bent the trailer frame. Still trying to get this thing rigged for the rowboat…

I bought this to supplement a 4x8 trailer that I already have. Also nice trailer but at times it is too big to take to the hardware or gardening store for a few bags of mulch/soil/cement for homeowner projects. This trailer is perfect for such little jobs. Easy to tow and you do not even know it is behind you. Search the internet for the ways other have set them up.

Easy assembly if you are an engineer, some parts need a Left or Right designation. I recommend Lactate Blue or other thread locker during assembly. Paperwork (Certificate of Origin) took over a month to be sent from Great Northern so it could be titled and get a license plate at the DMV. The Certificate should be placed in the box with the assembly instructions to expedite paperwork woes.
