no way to tell what it does to me, but i respect the person who recommended it to me.

I have read good things about the healthful benefits of Quercetin (found in many plants), but the regimen my naturopath had me on to address healing of my stomach from the effects of G.E.R.D made it too expensive to use. It was one of several products and the threshold of the initial dosage was greater than a tablespoon (at stopped at 1 T) and it called for 3 X a day. I was looking at $50 a month or more. This in addition to the cost of the rest of the regimen made it too expensive on my budget. The mfg recommendation was only 1/4 t. as a normal supplement. FYI, it doesn't totally dissolve in water and is gritty. Flavor is OK--sorta citric.

Not the same formula anymore. I’ve bought this product for 3 years now. The latest tub I received had very fluffy fine powder in it and I noticed the ingredients are different. I will be returning. So disappointed since I purchase this regularly.

I purchased this in August and now in December. I am currently having a problem dissolving it in water. I do not remember that happening with last batch. It remains in powder form. I continue to stir but it remains in almost what seems like little balls floating on top of water. Disappointed but continue to take for health reasons.
