The difference between "A" and "B" system
You need to add "B-System" to your description, I an not sure who does the "Frequently bought together" part on Amazon, but they are showing "A-System" Mixing Tips and Cartage Tubs. Not helpful

so convienient
This is a genius idea. So much more easy, clean and faster to apply epoxy. The mixing tips are great that it ensures that your epoxy is properly mixed at the correct 1:1 ratio and the fact that you can precision apply it directly to just the right spot makes this a winner. No more mixing up epoxy on and trying to shovel it into your repair area, just squeeze and laydown a controlled bead of epoxy. Its like using a caulking gun. The applicator gun seems to be well made and is simple to operate. This didn't come with any instructions so I had to youtube it to figure out how to use. You can fill in your own epoxy to the tubes or they also sell some premade tubes which I'll have to pick up for even more convenience. I like that you can cap and store the tubes for future use but the mixing nozzles are a one time use item so make sure you pick up some extras. You only have a few minutes of working time before the epoxy sets up in the mixing tube so get everything ready and apply the epoxy quickly in one shot, after a few minutes the mixing tube is just filled with hardened epoxy and needs to be trashed.

Well made dispenser, mixes well. No instructions though.
So you get two dispenser tube sets, meaning you can setup two A/B syringe pairs. There's four caps to plug the ends (blue button points up) and 5 mixing tips. Everything except the gun and plunger is single use, so you obviously need to compare price vs convenience. The gun is well made with the critical parts being steel.Extra mixing tips are around 80 cents each. I can't find replacement empty tubes and caps, and trying to reuse the two provided will be a mess.

I’ve seen these on TV
I do a lot of epoxy work for hobbies and home repairs. I’ve always been anxious to try these to get away from hand mixing, but usually you had to buy a large quantity at a time and that was more than I need. Now I have the gun and a couple of empty mixing cartridges for my next project. Looking forward to trying it out.
