Died after 6 months use
After the autopsy it appears the spring on slider inside the switch just broke and stayed out of place. Kind of disappointed, but it was cheap.

After buying 3 different ones, I finally found one that fits!
Fits Isuzu Dmax blanks perfectly, good fit to add to my ledbar!
