Best Probiotic Ever, this is easy to digest and very easy to see how fast it makes you feel better. Makes your GI system happy and helps other little nagging issues. I am not a snake oil salesman nor a good target for one, but I recommend this easy to digest and take potent probiotic to all my surgical patients and pretty much all patients period. With the terrible diet in the USA and the over processed, GMO and poorly nutritious "American" diet, taking care of the natural Microbiome is even more important then ever before. This is a very good and very strong product. If you need to build back your system, and a really good clean out, this would be an awesome product for you. I love how it's specifically tailored toward women. My body definitely needed that extra assistance.

The best probiotic that I've ever tried: fast-acting, no uncomfortable side effects and I can even feel the difference in my gut as well as notice a decrease in overactive yeast. This particular brand had been recommended to me by an OB/GYN and so far, all of her recommendations have been on point. Refrigerate the bottle after opening. As far as I can tell, no need to use daily, which can cause you to use the bathroom too frequently. Once every few days/ once or twice a week, is still effective.

I received the new plastic packaging bottle and the capsules taste strange. I wish they didnt change from glass bottle
