I bought this quad for my 7 year old for Christmas. I was satisfied with the delivery. The delivery guy brought it in my garage. I didn’t waste any time putting it together. I timed my self, and it took me an hour and fifteen minutes. It was pretty easy. I put gas in it, and it started right up with no problem. What I love about this quad is that it came with a remote that allows to turn off the engine with a push of a button, and you could also adjust the speed by turning a screw where the gas throttle is,which is good for safety. My daughter loves it. She have been using it a lot and it always starts right up with no problem. We’re happy with it. Good quad for the money. My friend is buying one for his daughter. I recommend it.

I have never written a bad review on anything. Dealing with this company over this ATV has been a nightmare from the first day. We purchased the ATV, received it, unpacked and put it together without much trouble - although there are no directions. Once it was all put together it wouldn't start. We put it on a battery charger and got it to turn over, but nothing more than that. Called the company over and over and finally got the manufacturer (not the seller) to send us a battery. The battery was fine, but still wouldn't start. We could jump start it, but that was the only way to get it going. No spark. Long story short, it's been three months. The ATV still does not start. We asked to return it and were told no returns. We asked to take it to a local repair and they said they wouldn't pay for that. We asked to get something off the purchase price so we could get it fixed, and were told no. They said the only resolution was to keep sending us parts and us replacing them until we hit the one that would start it. We're now to rewiring because there aren't any parts left to replace. It takes days every time to get hold of someone. Their responses in emails is repeatedly "Call our tech department." The only help we've gotten at all is from the manufacturer, although we're not really impressed with them either.

This company is fantastic. After you order, they will email you need to contact them with your name an address so a local freight truck can deliver to you. They called and gave me an exact day that worked for me. The instructions are terrible but it is self explanatory. We had it running in no time. My kids love it. It even hauls me around with ease. Fully automatic with reverse. There is a throttle control screw you’ll need to take out to get power though. Also, if you have any questions you can YouTube to see videos.

The media could not be loaded. Got it here without any issues, I was worried due to a previous bad review but I gambled and it's all good. I had a question for customer service during the shipping process and they answered my question promptly. About the machine, it is very easy to assemble, it cranked right up, I adjusted the idle after it was up to running temp , as the manual stated, I'm observing the break-in period as of now so it's ready Christmas day. It seems to be a very cool atv for what you put in it, I mean it's a learner or"starter" atv and I'm completely satisfied with everything so far. It was a breeze having it delivered to my door and it's ready with a week to spare before Christmas day. She's gonna love it and I'm gonna love watching her enjoy it. Thanks .

My daughter absolutely loves this! It seemed like the perfect buy at first. Perfect size for my five year old. Throttle stopped is great, as my daughter is timid and reserved when it comes to motorized vehicles & toys. Easy to assemble, but we're a family of dirt bike/ atv riders. HOWEVER, we have not even had it a month yet, plus it's only been rode a handful of times, and most of the time just circles around the garage.. tonight out of nowhere it cut off. Then it was trying to start up all by itself. It was misfiring and wouldnt start. We pulled the kill switch and it continued to try to start. Turned the key off and back on, still tried to turn itself on, but wouldnt turn over all the way. Long story short, my dad is amazing, he figured out it was the alarm system mounted on the front- it must have shorted out. We disconnected it and so far everything seems to be running good again. Fingers crossed we have no further issues, as my daughter was balling her eyes out thinking it was broken.
