Best rice cooker ive owned
Made rice perfectly and still fresh after a couple days. Easy clean up and easier to use than I initially thought. I used a tiger brand previously that had a switch between "cook" and "warm". The rice never stayed fresh longer than a day. I like the variety that this cuckoo cooker can make different grains and other things in the cooker. Worth the dollars and it looks nice

This rice cooker from south korea is a TANK. Cuckoo is amazing.
My family have always brought Tiger brand rice cooker from Japan which lasted 10-15 years but after these new style of space pod like cookers came out, the Tiger brand from Costco, it would always go bad due to a lack of ventilation and condensation after the second day. I have no idea why the new models does not have a water collecting cup like the previous tiger brand but alas, it was returned. I have heard of cuckoo brand from watching my favorite streamer on Twitch when she did a cooking stream and thus, the person who owns it is a chef. I decided to jump the gun and buy one. Out of of the box, it does look like the newer style pods one however, it has a water collecting cup! This means that the rice will stay good for a week! Sure enough, after cooking it, the rice came out perfect and stayed the same throughout the week! After reading the manual, I activated the "turn off" during night time, but "reheat" again starting at 4am and that further preserves the rice! I have no idea how South Korea manufactures rice cookers but this is the Cadillac of all rice cookers! I will never go back to another brand!Con: the buttons are extremely difficult to press, especially with no rubber feet for resistance. You will have to press in with the other hand holding the back of the rice cooker for resistance. Also, the top flings open when you open it so you should be prepared with the second to gently catch it.Easy start mode: To start cooking, press "cancel" (to cancel the reheat option) and press "cook." Press it again if you want turbo mode (supposedly cook rice faster but I rarely use it). Nonetheless, it takes two buttons (cancel and start) to start the rice instead of a lever like in the older style rice cooker. Takes 40 mins to cook rice. Well worth it.Big enough to feed a family of four.

Best rice cooker
Best rice cooker I’ve ever had. Easy to use. Push one button to start cooking. The six cup capacity is great for two people. The overall size makes this compact. Might buy another one for our 5th wheel trailer.

Beats my Zojirushi $426 Induction Rice Cooker. Cuckoo is a brand I have switch to and will never look at back Zojirushi again.
The media could not be loaded. Beats my Zojirushi Induction Rice Cooker that I paid $426, that only lasted me 2 yrs. before the non-stick coating on the pot started to come off. It was such a big disappointment, not only because I spent $426 but because is no longer made in Japan with Japanese parts, instead they switch manufacturing to China. When I bought my Zojirushi Induction Rice Cooker, I didn't think they would of switch from Japan to China, since I own a 1982 Zojirushi Rice Cooker that works great still. Zojirushi is now a brand that I no longer consider High-End anymore. There are lots of different brand on the market today for a rice cooker. They range from $15 - $800. Since I no longer consider Zojirushi as a brand I want to buy anymore, I was debating between the Cuckoo & the Cuchen rice cookers. Those are the top brands of rice cooker in Korea. I went with the Cuckoo CR-0631F because since I have never used a Korean Rice cooker before I wasn't sure what the outcome would be.To my surprise, this Cuckoo CR-0631F give the one of the best rice cooking results since my Zojirushi Induction Rice cooker that I replace it with. The non-stick coating on this Cuckoo CR-0631F is different that I have seen. It has a metallic bronze color, yet it repels water very well. It was very easy to clean this pot, just using soapy warm water and a soft sponge, no scrubbing needed at all.The only thing that I need to get use to with this Cuckoo CR-0631F rice cooker is the terms they use for white rice, it's called GLUTINOUS. One of the best features that I really like about this Cuckoo CR-0631F is the KEEP WARM, my rice stays warm for 72 hrs before it starts to look a little yellowish. Now that was just a test to see how long it can keep warm. I usually only make 2 DRY CUP (4 total cups of cooked rice) and finish it within 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. This is one of the BEST rice cook money can buy and it's a brand that I have finally replace the old trusted Zojirushi (use to be made in Japan, now it's all made in China with low quality materials). I have had this Cuckoo CR-0631F for about 6 whole months before writing this review. Enjoy my video of this Cuckoo CR-0631F rice cooker.

Works great!
Works well so far. I clean the rice in a different bowl before pouring the washed rice into the rice cooker bowl and add water. Settings are easy to use as well. Regular cook time is "longer" but you don't notice. I had cooked rice in it for 3 days, with it the power off/unpluggrd. Used the "reheat" option and rice was hot and ready to eat again. No smell of wet rice either.
