I’ve been using this stuff for years. It’s basically the same exact thing you’d buy in a hydration packet, but unflavored (no stevia or other nonsense) and minerals in their perfect form. I put 2 tsp of this in 16-32 oz of water, just like I would a packet of LMNT or whatever. I actually love the way this tastes when I use about 16 oz of water. Ever so salty, but a good salty. Sometimes I’ll do this twice in a day, but usually only once, since I liberally salt my foods as well.

I use Trace Minerals Utah Sea Minerals in my ice maker so every time my family gets ice in their drinks, they’re getting essential minerals too. It mixes well, doesn’t affect the taste, and has worked out perfectly for us. Simple, effective, and a great way to boost daily mineral intake.
