EVEN THOUGH THE SIZE SEEMS LARGE, IT IS EASY TO SWALLOW. I WAS AMAZED THAT I COULD EVEN TAKE IT WITH OTHER PILLS WITH NO PROBLEMS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SIZE (1000 MG) AND PRODUCT IF YOU NEED THE LARGER DOSAGE, NO AFTER TASTE OR NEGATIVE REACTIONS.

Yep, it works like Dr. Oz show many years ago said. Like a blanket of mind settling for 6-8 hours. I tried it & it's true!! BTW, when Costco either started to order a higher dose, that higher does not work for me.. kept me up... NOW I only use the 350 mg dose, still works like a charm. PLUS the heart healthy benefit.
