It does help. I'm not sure that it actually eliminates the craving but it is a distraction and it is a pleasant taste.It definitely helps with the dryness in mouth with nicotine withdrawals. I'm 62. Been smoking since 16. Have quit twice. Once for 2 1/2 years about 13 years ago. Then 2 1/2 months last year. It's hard. But I really want to stay quit this time. It's hard. So I am using an arsenal of things this time. This is just one. Like anything, it mostly depends on your level of determination. I'd recommend it. It was worth the money. And it is handy and convenient. All that said...YES, it helps. Sadly I probably won't order another bottle as I notice they have raised the price by half again since I bought this one just couple weeks ago. That wasn't very nice of them! FYI

I had no need of contacting them for customer service so I can not comment on that, however, I can comment on the emails I got after I received the product hounding me to leave a positive review, leave positive feedback. That type of contact is never okay. I leave reviews for the products the next time I shop because I don't always have the time or I just forgot about it. As well, this product is okay. It doesn't take away cravings every single time, however it does help to provide a distraction because the taste isn't the best.

This product really didn't work for me. There are a few issues that I had with it. The first problem was that when the item arrived, the box it came in with other items that I had purchased was a little moist. I quickly identified that it had come from this smoking spray due to the fact the plastic seal that comes around the cap and lid had droplets inside of it and the spray was under half way full.Even so, I gave the product a try. I'm not sure if this is just a placebo type item but I really felt like using it did not reduce my nicotine cravings. Even if it did slightly without me noticing, I felt that using an oral product to reduce an oral habit was counter productive as it made me think about it more. This was just my experience and everyone responds to things differently. I've personally had better luck with ear seeds (accupressure) and a product called Clearlungs made my Ridgecrest which helps you breathe so much more functionally. The only benefit it feel this product had for me was the sense of doing something to try to stop smoking, allowing me to think about it a litle more.

I purchased this item for my mother, her workplace is going smoke free April 1st so she really needed to quit smoking. She had tried the patches and gum in the past but they were too strong for her and made her ill. In a few short days she was able to be smoke free for her entire eight hour shift. She could even sit outside with her smoking friends on break and not feel the urge to have one. She had no side effects either, which she has not been able to say with any smoke aids in the past. No headaches, no urges, nothing! She has even encouraged some of her friends to order some! I plan to order her more so she can be 100% smoke free. She has used this product in conjunction with the quit tea natural smoking aid, and loves both!!

This stuff actually works somehow! I used it along with nicotine patches to help me quit. I had the patches as my primary quitting meathod and was able to use the spray anytime I would start getting really bad nic-fits. It was especially useful during time when I've built a habit of smoking or buying a pack, like during a drive or at the convenience store. The taste lingers for a little while, but it is a an overall sweet taste and not at all unpleasant. I don't know if one could quit smoking with this along, but it definitely can help give the extra boost needed to get over the real nasty humps.

THIS DOES NOT CONTAIN NICOTINE!!!!! Bought this expecting to utilize the benefits of focused concentration nicotine provides in small doses. I'm not a smoker so withdrawl isn't an issue. Received the spray and discovered it does not contain nicotine and then was told I can't return it. A complete ripe off!!!!

I don't know what's in this stuff but it works great! I smoked about a pack a day and now I'm down to 3 cigarettes a day truth be told I only smoke those because I had a pack left and didn't want to trow them out. I will finish my last cigarette tomorrow and have no doubt or fear that Freedom will see me through. I am ordering 1 more just for back up but I still have a lot of sprays left in the bottle. I highly recommend this product and it's much cheaper than patched which don't work.
