The bag carries enough if you are travelling for 3 to 4 days (including extra shoes and even a 120gsm comforter!!!). It has a good number of additional pockets. The strength is good. However, the back comfort is a little on the lower side, so I would not prefer the bag for a very tough or tiring uphill trekking. Apart from that, it's durable and good for a routine travel. Spacious and strong with many compartments as an advantage.
