Love this couch.Comfort: Though it is firm, its also very comfortable. I spent 8 hours on it a few times (work) and was not uncomfortable once, nor did i sink in and I am a bigger person.Assembly: It didn't have an instruction manual but from what I understand that was just an error and its entirely possible I just missed it. Regardless, one was not needed as it is very easy to put together. All the pieces just slide together.Size: its fairly good sized but not overly so. I would say its about the same a full sized couch with love seat.Customer Service: Amazing. I had one minor issue and reach out to customer service, within 2 days I had a response. We chatted back and forth via email and before long reach a resolution that, I was happy with. The entire time they were polite and apologetic.Overall: Excellent couch, comfortable, sturdy, attractive and above par customer service. I would recommend this couch to others and would do business with this company again.

I purchased this mainly because of the locking seats. I needed a couch that I can move with ease when I need to clean. Most sectionals are heavy, bulky and cannot be adjusted. I like that I have the ability to make this long on one side and short on the other or I can even omit the corner section and have just a straight couch.As for the downsides, the seats are lightweight and the ottoman will slide away too easily when my dog climbs on it. This isn't the most comfortable couch either. It's pretty stiff and the seats could be a couple of inches longer. It attracts dog hair fairly easily as well so I've resorted to using sofa covers to try to keep up with that.

We absolutely love this couch! Color was exactly as it was pictured and goes amazing with our decor. Completely brightened our living room too. It's easy to spot clean and very comfortable. Assembly was easy. The only issue was the corner piece brackets on the right side were installed upside down so it took us a bit longer to reposition them but otherwise it was a great purchase.

Better than expected for the price. Style is right on the money. Perfect color. I would not get this as our theater room couch, but for our formal living space sofa that gets less lounging around type use it’s great. It’s firm and the seats are not really deep. For the price I wasn’t expecting supreme comfort, but it was available and shipped very quickly.

Buyer beware. Do not buy from this seller. The couch is like sitting on a wooden bench. If you get even the smallest drop of water on the fabric it leaves a stain. Forget spot cleaning anything because that only leaves rings on the fabric. I’ve only had this for two months and it is noisy, the cushions are flattened out, the fabric looks stained, the back frame is separating from the seats, and it is not comfortable. Not worth the money AT ALL.The seller is unresponsive, but when they do finally respond you get an apology and nothing else. I was told that because I didn’t complain in the first 30 days, they owed me nothing. For $2000 I would at least expect some customer service. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. Horrible

Super easy to assemble. Fits perfectly in my living room. As others have mentioned the seat cushions are a little stiff but those will break in over time. Extremely satisfied with the color and style. 10/10 recommend

first we only received 6 of the 7 boxes, missing the corner connecting piece. after reaching out to the company they sent us the missing piece a couple weeks later. However, there was no hole drilled to attach one of the feet, so for now the corner of the couch is sitting on a few books... the couch looks nice but isn't all that comfortable.

Fairly easy to assemble. Very firm. I wish I'd gotten the dark grey because this isn't light grey, but more beige. From the reviews I've read, returning it is a nightmare so I feel stuck with it. Too bad because we bought a big house and the moving company stole our van. What you see in the photo is everything we own. It would be nice to actually like the color.
