I have been having trouble sleeping so I looked for a more homeopathic remedy and it led me to this. I have AADHD, anxiety and stress. I am barely on day 2 but I am definitely seeing a difference in my sleeping. I’m more calm and less agitated by trivial things. I do have to say, I watched Scream VI before my nap and I had very vivid dreams. I also ended up taking a 3 hour nap instead of 1 hour. The first night I woke up and went right back to sleep which is big for me because I wake up at 3 am almost every night for 2 weeks now and can’t go to sleep. There was 2 separate nights where I didn’t sleep at all. It’s not pleasant as someone who loves and values sleep. Hopefully this will continue because I am really enjoying getting my rest.

Works great for family member's restless leg syndrome.

My husband purchased this for me because I occasionally have problems with restless leg syndrome. I let four or five of these tiny balls dissolve in my mouth and my legs calm down so I can fall asleep (and stay asleep). Works like a charm.
