Worked for Me as an Extender
This is a high quality adapter that I used as an extender. I wanted to locate a "smart plug" (an Alexa controlled power switch) where the only source of power was an AC outlet recessed in the floor. The smart plug would not clear the AC outlet housing and go deep enough to reach the AC. This item brought the AC up above floor level by about an inch and the smart plug fit nicely, allowing a neat install without an extension cord or bulky surge protector strip. The price seems a bit high to me, but the quality is good.

Enabled me to use my GFCI with no problems.
Worked perfectly for me. Was able to connect new pressure to my outdoor GFCI outlet. Without it washer plug would never fit the outlet housing.

Works Well
I needed this in a pinch. It is not my favorite or preferred solution but has been working just fine. Biggest draw back is it has a tendency to fall out of the wall since the cord dangles too far off the wall. This may only happen in my particular case of needing this product. Best thing is I did not have to swap my outlet as this was a far easier solution.

Great and affordable in a pinch.
Hey this was a life saver and was affordable. We installed a window unit and saw it was with a standard plug but one with only one prong vertical and other horizontal. We went to the store my husband saw and outlet that had one horizontal snagged the face and box for it and when we installed the new outlet and he grabbed to plug to plug that AC in we realized the horizontal prong was on the opposite side 🤦🏻♀️ lol all that work and now the store is closed…no AC tonight. Well he did our homework this time and found this adapter and got it shipped next day. Used it until we could get our electrician out to dedicate a sole breaker for it to have the right outlet. Learning experience for sure 😆 but I’m all for it!

This is what i need
What mattered was how much power it could handle, because plugs with this type of tip usually draw high power. I've been using it for a long time—for a 16A electric car charger, it's quite successful.
