I actually didn't purchase this for shoes, but for my designer bags. I use them to brush away the dirt on the inside and outside of my bags, and with the circular heads, they works well with getting the dirt out of the crevices. The cloth also works well in dry shining the leather on my bags, and leaves it with such a nice sheen. My favorite part about these brushes is that the bristles don't come loose, which was the problem with other brushes I've purchased. Would definitely recommend for not only shoes but handbags as well.

Great cheap brushes but am I the only one who knows it's a goat on the bag and not a moose?

Great set off brushes to get into every area of your leather boots. I used these to spread conditioner and boot dressing to my new boots. I applied the conditioners to my boot with my bare hands and then used the brushes to get into the welts and creases. A few hairs came out of the brush but no more than expected from using other horse hair brushes. Good handle and well made. The cloth left white fuzz all over my boots so I wouldn't recommend using it with waxy compounds. Not a deal breaker. I bought the kit for the brushes. I actually ended up doing every leather boot I own with these and they are holding up nicely. I used a neutral color conditioner with the light brush and since I don't have any black leather I used the extra brush to lightly buff out my boots (it also got the white fuzz off🤨).

I bought a three pack of a different brand made in China and they were about half the size of these brissals. These are much better for cleaning shoes.

Hello I hope this help you. I’m not going to lie . It was my fault because i didn’t go far reading the description. All I saw was Red Moose made in the usa and went for it . Upon receiving the item I can say that the package say made in usa but the brushes itself don’t have any branding of where was it made , just the company logo . In the description the item say it’s made in Germany . But the brushes look and feel made in china IMO . I’m positive that if the item was made in the usa they go all the way to branded so as if it was made in Germany . In the end I don’t know what to believe the bag that they came in or the description. They say horse hair but ... Any was I’m going to try them and maybe raise my rating. This review is base in the items not being use yet just the discrepancy between made in usa on the bag logo or the item description that says mede in Germany in the amazon store .
