My 5 year old has had the hardest time pooping. He's gone almost 2 weeks without pooping in the past. MiraLAX was prescribed by our pediatrician and seemed to be the only thing that helped him, but I didnt want him to be on it long term. I went searching for a better and more long term alternative and these have worked wonders, so far. He's been taking one a day every day for the past 3 weeks after dinner and he has been pooping EVERY MORNING! I do have to mix it in a juice since he says that in water it tastes different, but I am so thankful for this product!

Our 1.5 year old daughter has had belly issues since she was born. Long story short now her belly struggles with constant constipation and pain on and off. No medicine helped and made things worse sometimes. I put this in her oat milk and it has helped her have very good and healthy and soft stools! I give it to her once daily and as soon a she has it, her belly seems to function as it should be not having it and it just completely struggles and can't seem to have a normal stool no matter what she eats. She had lactose and milk protein issues her whole life and really bad pain on and off and still has it depending on what she eats. The constant constipation was another added on thing that started around 10-12 months. These probiotics have a variety of strains that must help her belly function no normal!!! I'm so happy for this product and would not change a thing about it.

It’s been a week and definitely have noticed a difference in my daughter we went from constant stomach aches to barely anything. She takes this powder with water or orange juice and she can not taste it in there at all so that’s a huge win.

My aunt turned us on to this product and we tried it for a week and a half from supply she gave us and it helped our son in just a few days so we ordered our own supply! My son is an extremely picky eater and has severe constipation. We've tried so many probiotics and were resorting to giving him kids enemas when it got really bad but that's not a reasonable solution. I bought this item as a last resort and it worked almost immediately! We mixed it with his juice the first day, it mixes well and has no flavor so he didn't notice. By that afternoon, he started having a lot of gas and the next morning had a BM. This works so well that we stopped giving it to him for a few days because he was going so often throughout the day. We now only use it every other day and it still helps him go daily.

My toddler has no problem having these probiotics in her drink. I do believe it has improved her bowel movement as she was very constipated prior to introducing these (I also added other supplements).
