Wow, Wow, Wow
I will admit I was very surprised at how good this sauce was. Good spice level and several holy basil leaves. I will definitely be sharing this product with friends.

Tastes amazing (but serving size is wrong)
The media could not be loaded. Fell in love with pad kra pao on my trip to Thailand and have been wanting to attempt cooking it at home for some time now. These packets taste incredible and make cooking this dish so easy. It's impossible to find Thai basil where I live and the fact that these packets have whole pieces of holy basil inside is very convenient.I've been using them all week and I'm so glad I can get this familiar taste at home without having to spend $25 to get this dish delivered from my local Thai place. However, it should be noted that the 'servings per container (which they say is 4x)' is inaccurate. There's not a lot inside the packets so to get the full flavour, in my opinion you should use 1x full packet per portion.

HOLY BASIL!
Had a craving for Pad Kra Pao and didnt want to purchase everything individually (fish sauce, holy basil etc...). Saw this and decided to give it a try since all i needed was the protein. HOLY SMOKES this mix is amazing, took multiple trips to Thailand when we were living in Japan and this matches the street vendors in Phuket. Its spicy and salty, pair it with a runny fried egg and steaming bowl of rice and you got a meal. I plan on making this ahead and meal prep as its fast, easy and delicious, which probably wont help me lose any weight since i dont know how to portion :). Overall, if you want a great mix and a taste of Thailand, grab some of these.

Complete seasoning, medium to high spiciness level
Tonight, we made Pad Kaprow stir fry ramen noodles with shrimp to test the Lobo Brand Kaprow paste product we bought from Amazon, which comes in a pack of 10 for $13:Typically, this paste is used to sauté minced meat. However, we decided to prepare a dish with noodles, shrimp, and some vegetables that we had in the fridge. Although any type of noodles could be used, we opted for the affordable pre-cooked dehydrated Ramen noodles that cost only $.25 per pack. Of course, you could choose to use rice noodles or any other type of noodles that you prefer, but these were the most convenient for us.This is a great option that can be combined with fresh regular or fresh Thai basil if you don't have the chance to grow holy basil (Kaprow). The sauce and seasoning packet is complete, so you won't need oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, or fish sauce. Simply stir fry your veggies and protein and add the packet for a quick and easy meal. You can serve it over white rice or you can wok it up with noodles as we did.I would say the spiciness of this product is medium. If you're someone who enjoys really spicy food, I recommend adding some fresh Thai chilies or Serranos to the dish. For this recipe, we used celery, cabbage, and white onion, and made a simple omelet. We seasoned the omelet with the ramen flake packet and then julienned it.We decided to cook the ramen noodles using the included seasoning packet, which is essentially MSG (though the Lobo paste we used has no MSG). To enhance the flavor profile, we added some cornstarch to the boiling liquid, creating a thicker sauce. However, this step is optional. The dish is normally served with ground meat, scallions, and a fried egg over rice, which will make it moist enough. But when served over noodles, it was a bit dry without the added seasoned ramen water and cornstarch.

Not that great
Unfortunately this did not taste as great as others made it seem. This tastes about the same for trying to make it yourself with oyster sauce and fish sauce. Restaurant is way better (I live in the DMV area), the flavor just isn’t quite there with these packets. I will say I used two packets for one pack of ground chicken and I think it has a nice little heat ( I’d say like a 2 out of 5, leaves a little burning feeling in your mouth but not sniffing and tears in your eyes). There is basil in it, but as far as knowing if it’s truly Thai holy basil I can’t say, it can only be so fresh packaged in a sauce. Personally, I wouldn’t see myself buying this again but the price for the quantity was a good deal. Try for yourself!

I love this Thai product
I have ordered this product many times because I want to make stir-fried pork or chicken with basil. This product meets my needs. You just add water and a little sugar. You don't need to add any extra oyster sauce or soy sauce because for me it already has a salty taste. I also added fresh chilies because I like the spiciness. But if anyone wants the taste of basil leaves, you have to add them yourself because there aren't many basil leaves in the product.
