Great for DIY
Bought these for DIY not realising they were pre-soldered. After some initial confusion, they were a massive time-saver and confidence booster, as you can concentrate on what you're doing with the blowtorch rather than trying to juggle solder at the same time.I did get a slight gap on a few vertical joints, and decided to feed a little extra solder in there just to be sure - but it would probably have been fine anyway: when I tore down my first joint which I'd assumed had failed, it actually had a perfect solder ring all the way around.
