Nice kettle with a 3 year guarantee. My only issue again is with the lack of packaging. Fortunately it wasn't damaged but it arrived just in it's manufacturers box with no extra protection around it. I honestly expected it to be dented when I opened the box. The kettle itself is nice to look at and reasonably quiet. We live in a flat so that's important. It's also fairly fast boiling - same as my last one so I'm not sure if that's what they call 'fast' or not. It's very light, sits on the base easily and has a nice wide flip up lid. All in all, pleased so far with my purchase.

Shopping for a new kettle, I liked being able to choose cream, so there was a match with my other kitchen bits. I didn’t pay attention to any details beyond that, the price and the brand. It’s merely a kettle, is it not? Who cares? It was a surprise, when it arrived, that it’s equally capacious as my old, worn out kettle. It’s lighter. It’s much more pleasant to hold and use. The top flips open easily via a satisfying button. It boils water faster. It has blue lighting. It sits easily on its base, a cordless wonder. It has a slippery yet delightfully textured surface. It is quiet. It turns out I care a LOT about kettles, this one surpassed expectations and is a delight to use, every time by everyone - a true sign of design and manufacturing excellence. Bravo.

Thrilled to get rid of my old Bosch - very heavy , very loud, slow, and a really lousy pourer. This kettle is a super pourer, quiet,, quick, efficient and I’m thrilled with it. Also a bonus, it’s very stylish! Only 4 stars as the main body gets VERY hot. Paperwork just states “part of this item gets hot”.... (I though element, inside, etc but that’s an under statement, the whole body gets and remains very hot. As were sensible adults and have no concerns that’s fine by us - it’s great points far outweigh this one negative. We’re just delighted with this and it’s partner toaster!

We previously owned a stylish conical shaped metal kettle from Morphy Richards at almost double the price. I think this one looks just as smart in our cream kitchen. It is slightly noisier but not unduly intrusive. I haven't experienced any problems with it jumping around as mentioned in other reviews. It is much, much easier to centre the kettle on it's base. The flip lid is much more convenient for filling. The water gauge is very clear and it has indicators inside to show 1-3 cups for energy savers. It is nice and light and the handle is very comfortable to use at all angles. It pours cleanly without dribbles. Overall a very good design at a sensible price - would happily recommend.

I bought this kettle to replace an older model that had started to get noisy. I am so pleased with it. It looks lovely in my kitchen, is definitely quieter than my old one. When I press the on lever the water measure glows blue. There are red markers inside the kettle to help you see how many cups of water you can fill it to. It's lightweight, easy to grip and pours perfect. I've only had it a few days but am pleased with it.

This is a nice product that feels sturdy and is well balanced when being held - it boils quickly and pours without dripping and is easy to wipe down. I particularly like the 3 water level indicators inside the kettle which enables you to put sufficient water in for your brew thus being enviromentally and energy friendly. The only thing I dislike is the water level gauge is located in front of the handle and I find that particularly difficult to see. Having said that the internal indicators compensate for that as I normally only need sufficient hot water for a couple of brews! I certainly would recommend this kettle.
