Red 175A for 4 awg
I ordered the 175 Amp Red Set for a 4 awg 12 volt dc cable connection. No directions, diagram or screws. The two red connector pieces I received initially did NOT MATE to each other, but inserting lugs made a difference. Discovered there is a top and bottom side to lug. Also discovered I could press down thin metal catch of lug with small screw driver to then push it back out (to properly bond my cables to them. The lugs are substantial for hydraulic crimpler tool, and properly sized for a 4 gauge copper wire. After hydraulic press to cable (I did twice per lug) with tag sticking out sideways matching plug width, I had to grind off side tags to fit my lugd all the way down into plastic housing. M y lugs are now properly locked in and place to connect for full amperage. I have since ordered two similar 175 amp connectors w good reviews at half the price; and those lugs were thinner, plus for 2 AWG only (though page said 2 - 4 awg. This purchase met my 4 awg 175 amp max needs. My two cents :+)

almost a good connector
In the description it says that it will work with wires sizes from #10 (5.3 mm2) to 1/0 (50 mm2) fit in the second to largest connector in the SB series. The connector might fit those wire sizes but the pin that comes with it only fits #4 gauge wire/cable. Use only #4 with the pins supplied.
