Great Product

I'm still trying to determine if sea formula is better than lugols. It seems lugols is faster acting than capsules of seaweed. However being hypothyroid and not tolerating levothyroxine very well makes its own challenges. This formula is helpful keeping skin from having hypo issues, but if you need more metabolism boost use lugols.

This supplement has been helpful to balance my fluid retention, and is very easy to swallow. It shipped quickly.

I take to keep my thyroid healthy and hopefully it does, haven't had blood work to see my levels yet. No problems when talking it either.

There's not much to say about this product.Either you trust the brand or you don't. I do so I take this daily. Iodine is severely lacking in the average American diet. We don't eat enough seaweed in this country and it leads to all kinds of diseases and disorders. I recommend taking an Iodine supplement daily to balance your body's systems.There are many things you can take for various reasons, this is just one of them.The other main product I'd recommend is some kind of Moringa leaf supplement.Do a little research on how powerful that plant is and I'm sure you will agree that Moringa is a super food that you will want to consume!

I add this to other supplements and necessary pills for thyroid. Part of my regimen, this product works well and is inexpensive compared to other products.

These are for my wife to o augment her thyroid medication. Small and easy to swallow.
