sturdy, great price
I wish I could give it more stars. This is the fourth sub $100 tripods I have purchased in the last few years. This one is rugged, smooth and can handle weight of camera and Tascam 4track field recorder.

Surprisingly stable with a small footprint
I bought this to use at a high school graduation and for other things beyond that. I had a heavy camera (Canon T7 + Tamron 18 - 400mm aspherical lens which means it's all heavy glass). I knew we'd be elbow to elbow and I was initially looking for a monopod. However, I was concerned about it tipping over. I was able to set this up, leave it set up and never affect the person in front of me or to the side of me. Very small footprint but yet it was still stable. I really like the knob that allows you to turn the camera but not affect how it rotates up or down. The only thing negative is the ability to keep it stuck in the same spot when you have a really heavy lens. I would have to set it up a tad higher and let the weight bring it down to where I wanted it. I will say that this is not the fault of the tripod but the fact that my lens was definitely heavy. Still worked! I'd definitely buy it again. Worth every penny!

Decent Tripod, Garbage Head
I bought this tripod to replace a very similar one that I lost on the river. Though there are many options that are all about the same, I chose this one because it came with a shorter center pole, allowing it to get lower without having to remove the pole and hang my camera upside down. Overall, this tripod seems to have a slightly better build quality than the previous, and it would have easily earned 5 stars if it had come with a better ball head. Though it seems stable and I'm not concerned about it dropping my camera, it gets stuck in place every time I tighten it down. This makes adjusting it difficult and a bit unnerving, and makes smooth video pans completely impossible. It may get smoother with use, but it will never be good. Though I had to order a replacement ball head, the tripod is still a good deal and I don't regret purchasing it. The price and the shorter center pole make it still worth it, even after having to buy a new head. 4 Stars.

It’s got all the features I need
An impressive tripod with lots of features at an amazing price!!!This is a great camera tripod, it’s so much better than my old one. It’s height adjustable.it’s very useful to be able to adjust it to a wide range of heights. The tripod feels very stable, even when it’s set at it’s tallest height.. It’s very easy to unfold the tripod and adjust it to the height and angle you require. My camera attaches securely to it, it feels very safe. The stand folds down to a size that’s easy to transport and take with you to the location you wish to photograph. It’s not very heavy so it’s easy to carry. If you’re using it outside the bottom of the legs have little spikes you can use to anchor the tripod more firmly to the ground which is very useful.his is a great camera tripod, it feels very strong and sturdy. It’s well made and is very good quality, the price is very reasonable too.

A solid choice
This is my second Bonfoto tripod and just like the first I'm very happy with my choice. There are a few subtle differences with this updated model but many features I liked from the old one that this has as well.I really like the leg locking system. It is versatile and allows me to easily level my camera in whatever landscape I'm shooting in. It's sturdy, when the legs are locked they are locked. The head on this model is different from my last purchase. With this model, I find it easy to dial in the settings to lock my camera into position for the image I want to take. I also found that the camera can swivel very easy, allowing me to pan the scenery for more photos when I have it on the tripod. The center piece is easy to work with, allowing me to raise to eyelevel or higher with a few twists. The tripod is pretty lite and would have no concerns about throwing this on my backpack for a day. Oh, also like the walking stick option with this tripod. It's nice to have from time to time. Two weeks in and I'm very happy with my purchase and I plan on getting many years and many trips out of this tripod.

Lots of good feature, but quality is so so
This is a very full feature tripod with a ball head. It has all the expected features:- spirit level for both axis- ball jointed head for easy adjustment and angle setting- three sections leg with auto locking feature for fast adjustments- convertible to monopod- a nice carrying caseSo why only 3 stars? Quality control issues:- the ball join is very stiff and it is not getting smoother with use- the leg pivot point has sharp metal edges (see photo)- the clamp in the leg sections are hard to operate, and made with ok quality plastic. They will break soon because they are hard to clip on and offI like the design and feature, if it uses higher quality components and better finish, this would have been a very good tripod system.

Highly Recommended
first impressions were great. Well packed in a box & then comes in a zipped carry bag. Though for day to day use I'll probably just strap it to my bag, it gives good quality padded protection when packing in a car, etc. The build quality is high, and the ball head especially feels solid and well constructed.Light enough to carry around on a long walk, the tripod is very compact when stowed, and reaches an impressive height when fully extended. Overall a very impressive, feature rich tripod, ideal for a photographer on a budget.

All good but it has one problem
Very good tripod for its price. I think it does alot and have different modes you can do with it like low angles and vertical shots are so good with this one. the only thing im complaining about is the leg clamps they are made with really cheap plastic i think if you are not careful with them they will brake easily. but overall it's a really good tripod for its price.

Broken part
Just received the package and this is the first piece out of the box, and it’s broken. Very disappointed.
