Bright and colorful! A good value for the money.

I'll talk about the item first and then a bit about their customer support.Ordered and received the item, shipped from overseas. The LEDs are very bright (wished there was a dimmer to adjust) that shows up well in daylight. The outer blue LEDs are sequenced in groups of three giving the illusion that the blue lights are rotating around the red ATM letters. The red ATM LED's stay on constantly and do not blink/sequence. I like the way the sign looks and it helps our customers find the ATM easily in our pub. Very satisfied with purchase. One star off because brightness not adjustable and issue discussed below.Now for our experience with customer support:In the first sign I received, one of the three blue groups in the rotating sequence were not working. I corresponded to manufacturer via Amazon message service and told them of problem, they asked me to upload pictures. As this problem is only evident in video, I tried to upload video instead, but Amazon message does not support video. Long story short, I got their direct email and sent them a video and they replaced the sign with a fully functioning unit. Very satisfied with their courtesy and prompt help (allowing for China business hours).

This review is based on my initial unbox and trying the sign out at home. Sign works as expected. The black cardboard behind led lights has 2 spots that have been damaged, filled, and then sharpied over to match the black cardboard. You can’t see them when the sign is on though. There are also 2 screws, part of which are holding the back plate to the sign, that aren’t as secured/fastened as tight as the other screws. Decent purchase. No problems so far other than the two minor ones I stated above.
