Works well, and doesn't drip
I bought two of these to take to a farmers' market. I fill each with half and half and then lay them both on their sides in a small cooler.The results?* They don't drip. Despite being on their sides, and being jostled about during transportation, they are completely drip-free. I did make the mistake once of not completely tightening the lid one time. That was a mess, but completely my fault. Make sure the lid is closed all the way!* Even in the heat of summer, the half and half stayed cold for several hours.One note regarding clean-up: You will likely find that a little of the liquid collects in the spout. For effective clean-up, I recommend a small bottle brush for the tip. Otherwise, cleaning it is simple.I wouldn't hesitate to buy another of these. They've been working great for months now.

Somewhat Cumbersome to Use
Overall, this cream server has worked well for what we needed. We run a coffee shop at our church and needed something with a decent amount of volume. The cream stays well chilled in this insulated container. One drawback is that the lid on the top has to be at least halfway unscrewed for any cream to be able to pour out. It's also a little bit difficult to clean up because the cream likes to stick to the inside, but that is of no fault to the manufacturer of it. Buy a long handled brush for cleaning it and it will work fine. I'd buy another one if there was nothing better.

Not quite what was expected
I was trying to get a size similar to one I bought previously. This looked to be good match. The size according to weight was the same. But it was shorter and wider than the picture showed. I couldn't beat the price,so I kept it.

Came broken....
Arrived with broken edge off bottom rim. Broken piece not even in the box to try to glue back on. Kept it because it was needed to be used at an event the next day and didn't have time to get a replacement.

It's exactly as advertised. I drink a lot of coffee and I definitely prefer this creamer to the flimsy paper cartons.
