Scissies = my cute way of saying scissorsThe scissors are made out of metal (like entirely) and I'm kinda surprised how nice this kit is cause it wasn't too expensive. If you're a broken college kid like me who needs to mend something (other than your life), this is a Great option for you.

This sewing kit is amazing for anyone who is on-the-go, learning to sew, or just looking to fix up a few pieces of clothing! I purchased this kit for my youngest sister who is in the army and needed a kit to resew a few buttons which came off her uniform; I chose to get her this sewing kit since it has everything she will need and is compact which is ideal for her. I am highly satisfied with the case as well as the sewing items that are stored inside; I will definitely buy this again in the future.

I am a first-year middle school Family and Consumer Science (Home Ec.) teacher. I bought a set of these kits for my 7th-grade students to use during our Hand Sewing unit. They have MOST of the essential sewing equipment necessary. My only constructive criticism is that the spools of thread had a habit of getting tangled with use.

I bought this for my daughter's Dance recital, just in case we needed it, and we did. And we were able to help two other dancers with wardrobe mishaps. Definitely a must have for dancers.
