Super cute charms! I have the Littmann Lightweight II S.E. and the charms were pretty loose. They come with some double-sided sticky foam to help them fit/stay, but I found that it didn't work to well. (That's why I only gave 4 stars)I ended up carefully bending my charms to make them fit my tube more snuggly. I wouldn't suggest doing this if there's a ton of space you need to make up for. The charms are quite thick and may snap/crack/break. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase!

Very cute and gets the job done of claiming my stethoscope but one charm fell off so I lost it because they slide around
