This jar was open product looked like it was not used. Can I tell whether it was tampered with.

Tastes delicious. However, as some of the other reviewers have said, it is not much different than other quality strawberry products that do not claim to contain wild strawberries. I've tasted quite a lot of wild strawberries (jams, preserves, fresh), and was hoping to have found a product to satisfy some craving, and that I can order consistently (since I am not near any fresh sources of wild strawberries currently). Well, I did not, and I need to keep searching. It is a fine product, with wonderful taste, well sealed, just not the taste I was looking for, and with that not the best value compared to similarly tasting products.

This this is the best tasting strawberry jam I have ever had. Intense fresh strawberry flavor, rich and pleasing, sweet and delicious on toast, muffins, bagels, buttermilk biscuits. Pricey, but delicious.

Wild strawberries are a treat in any form: spread on a baguette or ficelle, heaven on earth. The flavor is exotic, not t much gum or sugar: excellent memories of my Paris.
