Kedem Gourmet Marsala Cooking Wine, 375ml, Certified Kosher

Do not bring this to a dinner party or family engagement as a gift. For the most part only really good for cooking. If I run out of my cheap wine and don’t want to splurge on my expensive stuff I will have a glass. Not enjoyable but ok. Good value.

My lifelong favorite Italian dish has Always been chicken marsala, and my standards are High! We moved down south from New England a few years ago, and the 'Italian' restaurants here leave something to be desired, when coming from a region full of real Italians, lol! That said, I decided to attempt it on my own, as I'm a pretty good cook. I Literally couldn't find Any marsala anywhere near us, so I tried Amazon, and got this one from Medela. Oh. My. Gosh. My homemade chicken marsala was, hands down, the BEST Ever, for both my husband & me! And he's Italian, so his vote counts more,lol! I will Always keep a bottle or 2 of This wonderful flavoring in My pantry from now on.... 😋 😋 😋 🍾
