Really impressed with the content and quality for the price! Perfect for anyone who works as an OT, PT or someone that just wants to do some hand strengthening exercises. The various levels of difficulty are challenging and the product pieces all feel to be of good quality.

Good exercise tools!
These are very nice exercisers for small to medium sized hands, but a little small for larger ones. If you’re looking to strengthen your fingers, hands, wrists, these will work for you. I use them while watching the television. Also a plus is that they come with a storage bag to keep them in. For me they were a good purchase.

Good Enough, I Guess
The finger stretcher is way too big. I have small hands and have to start with my fingers almost completely extended, so I don’t see the point. The stress balls are nice, but they’re kind of sticky. It might help some hold on to them, but one drop on the carpet and they’ll be covered in cat hair at my house. I also don’t feel much of a difference in the firmness between the three. The donut shaped things are extremely firm, so I’m not able to use them yet, but I will be able to eventually. Overall, it’s an ok kit. There are definitely better quality ones out there - you get what you pay for. I mainly bought it for the stress balls, so I’m just hoping I don’t drop them.

Hand exercise tools
This is a very nice set of therapy tools to help me regain strength in my right hand after my recent thumb surgery. Right now I am using the yellow egg. I am excited to use the finger tools but I am not able to just yet. The bag to hold everything is nice but one drawstring came out so I fixed it.
